En consecuencia, este TRIBUNAL CUARTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DEL MUNICIPIO MIRANDA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO FALCÓN, Impartiendo Justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR LA SOLICITUD DE RECTIFICACIÓN DE ACTA DE NACIMIENTO presentada por la ciudadana: IRMA MARGARITA ZARRAGA DE JIMENEZ, venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad Nro: V-9.931.699, domiciliada en el Sector Carrizalito, Avenida I, Casa N° 08, Sabana Larga, Parroquia Las Calderas, Municipio Colina del estado Falcón.
