En consecuencia, este TRIBUNAL CUARTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DEL MUNICIPIO MIRANDA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO FALCÓN, Impartiendo Justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR LA SOLICITUD DE RECTIFICACIÓN DE ACTA DE DEFUNCIÓN presentada por el ciudadano: JULIO CESAR JIMENEZ CAMACHO, venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad Nº V-12.182.052, domiciliado en la Avenida Rafael Gallardo, Urbanización Urupagua, casa Nº D4, Parroquia San Gabriel, Santa Ana de Coro, Municipio Miranda del Estado Falcón. SEGUNDO: Se ordena al REGISTRADOR CIVIL DE LA PARROQUIA SAN ANTONIO, MUNICIPO MIRANDA DEL ESTADO FALCÓN, rectificar y estampar la nota marginal respectiva en el Acta de Defunción N° 134, de fecha: 07/02/2024, en la forma siguiente: en donde el funcionario redactor por error involuntario asentó incorrectamente el primer apellido del ciudadano: "JULIO JOSÉ GIMENEZ GÓMEZ",.....
