este JUZGADO DE LOS MUNICIPIOS SILVA, MONSEÑOR ITURRIZA Y PALMASOLA CON COMPETENCIA EN MATERIA DE JURISDICCION CONTENCIOSO ADMINISTRATIVO (SERVICIOS PÚBLICOS) DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO FALCÓN, administrando justicia, EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: CON LUGAR, la solicitud de divorcio fundamentada en el artículo 185-A del Código Civil Venezolano vigente, presentada por los ciudadanos: YENNY RAQUEL LOVERA MEDINA y NOEL JOSÉ CHOUCHOU SANCHEZ, venezolanos mayores de edad, cónyuges entre sí, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nº V- 13.601.188 y V-10.988.157 respectivamente
