ESTE TRIBUNAL DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DEL MUNICIPIO MAUROA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO FALCÓN EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA CON LUGAR LA ACCIÓN DE PARTICIÓN PROPUESTA POR LAS CIUDADANAS MARITZA DEL CARMEN GOMEZ DE RODRIGUEZ y SOBEIDA MARGARITA GOMEZ DE FERRER, CONTRA EL CIUDADANO OSMAL SEGUNDO GOMEZ GARCIA, TODOS PLENAMENTE IDENTIFICADOS EN AUTOS. En Consecuencia, CONTINUESE CON EL PROCEDIMIENTO DE PARTICIÓN, establecido en el Artículos 778 y siguiente del Código de Procedimiento Civil, y procédase al emplazamiento de las partes para realizar al nombramiento del partidor al decimo día hábil siguiente a las once de la mañana (11:00 am) una vez conste en auto la notificación de las partes de la presente decisión. Líbrese las notificaciones.-
