En atención a los razonamientos expuestos, este Tribunal de Retasa, constituido en el JUZGADO PRIMERO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS SILVA, MONSEÑOR ITURRIZA Y PALMASOLA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO FALCON, CON SEDE EN TUCACAS, administrando justicia en nombre de la República y por autoridad de la Ley declara retasados los honorarios profesionales estimados e intimados por el ABOGADO JOSE ELEAZAR CAMACHO MUJICA, suficientemente identificado en autos, por tales conceptos, CONDENA AL DEMANDADO CIUDADANO :ALEXIS RAFAEL ESCALONA RIVERO A PAGARLE LA SUMA DE CUARENTA MIL QUINIENTOS BOLIVARES (BS. 40.500,00) cantidad ésta que deberá ser pagada por el demandado de autos..
