Por los motivos expuestos, éste TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DEL MUNICIPIO CARIRUBANA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO FALCÓN, administrando justicia en nombre de la República y por autoridad de la Ley, DECLARA: CON LUGAR la solicitud de divorcio presentada por el Abogado DIONER ALFONZO TREJOS RIVAS, actuando con el carácter de Apoderado Judicial de la ciudadana CAROR JASMIN PAEZ CANDELA y del ciudadano MARCIAL SEGUNDO FERNANDEZ POLANCO

Por todo lo antes expuesto, éste TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DEL MUNICIPIO CARIRUBANA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO FALCÓN, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley declara INADMISIBLE la presente solicitud de DIVORCIO, y así decide.
